Flavor Savers set to perform after March, Endorse Stache Act

The incom­pa­ra­bly sexy music act The Flavor Savers — set to play the post-Million Mustache March event at the Capitol City Brewing Company on 11th & H Streets in down­town Washington, D.C. — are speak­ing out in sup­port of the Stache Act, pro­posed leg­is­la­tion from the American Mustache Institute and a noted tax pol­icy pro­fes­sor which would pro­vide an annual $250 tax refund to peo­ple of facial hair.

Mo bros and Mo sis­tas, it is just about that time to get with the stache!  This is always a busy time of year for the Savers and the first event on the docket is of course none other than Stache Bash!  The past two years we have rocked this event in St. Louis.  In 2009 we played with the leg­endary John Oates.  2010 we rocked the stache right off Morgon Spurlock’s face!  This year the whole damn thing moves to Chicago and just in time for Halloween!  The American Mustache Institute will run this thing as always and they con­tinue to be your source for all things Stache.  Check it out here:  http://www.americanmustacheinstitute.org/stache-bash/

2010 was an epicly sex­i­fy­ing year for us Flavor Savers with Bonnaroo, I AM Fest at House of Blues, and the Air Guitar World Championships top­ping the list.  We had some won­der­ful expe­ri­ences that’s for sure, but more impor­tantly we found a way to chan­nel our ridicu­lously sexy tal­ents and use them for the greater good of human­ity.  For the sec­ond year in a row, FS par­tic­i­pated in the mus­tache themed char­ity Movember, where you grow a mus­tache for the month of November and raise aware­ness and money for prostate and tes­tic­u­lar can­cer.
